Ingredients: 4 lb corned beef, 2 large carrots, 2 large onions (1 stuck with whole cloves), 1 large cabbage, 1 tsp dry mustard, 2 lbs potatoes (diced)
Cooking Instructions: Place corned beef in a large pot and add the carrots, onions, and mustard. Bring to a boil and simmer until done. (Brisket – 4 hours). 40 minutes before corned beef is done, add cabbage, 2o minutes before heat is done add potatoes.
